Dear Joe:

Rocco and I just want to thank you for the spectacular work done on our patio. Your kind professionalism certainly helped us with the decisions we faced in deciding to create a 600 sq. ft. patio. You guided us with everything from color, pattern, and design, which is no easy task since we didn't know where to begin. You were always prompt and honest whenever we needed to speak with you regarding times, dates, and after the fact information.

When the big day came, we were clearly nervous. We definitely relaxed when we saw how quickly you and your workers went to the job at hand. Your workers always put extra effort into their job. Friends that stopped by over the next couple of days always commented on how neat you left our property when you left for the evening. It didn't look like a "construction site."

As we sit in the kitchen and look out, we realize what a sound decision we made in deciding to have you work at our home. We interviewed others, but you were clearly the most dependable choice. The patio is truly a work of art! We can't wait to have a barbecue!
